We work with sensitive data, such as tax files and contracts. That is why we take concrete measures, which we explain one by one below.
Hosted in Europe
All our solutions run in Microsoft Azure, in a European region. Your data does not leave the EU.
Sign in with Microsoft
Employees sign in with their own work account (Microsoft Entra ID). You decide who has access.
Encrypted
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest.
Separated per client
Each client’s data is kept separate from that of other clients.
GDPR and data processing agreement
We sign a data processing agreement with every client and work in line with the GDPR.
Backups
We make regular backups, so data can be restored.
Least privilege
People and systems only get the rights they actually need.
Logging
Sign-ins and data access are recorded.
AI without training
AI is never trained on your documents or data.
No badges, real measures
