1. Who we are
Integratr, a trade name of Grantic B.V., is responsible for processing personal data as described in this statement. We are based in Oosterhout (Duigendreef 17, 4902 DK) and Zetten (Sterappel 42, 6671 EC). Chamber of Commerce 20127782.
This statement covers our website integratr.nl. For the data we process on behalf of clients in our solutions, we sign a separate data processing agreement.
2. What data we process
- Contact form: your name, organisation, email address, phone number (optional), your message, the language of the page and the time it was sent.
- Email and phone: the details you give us yourself when you email or call.
- Website visits: technical data such as your IP address and browser type, needed to display and secure the website.
We use no analytics services and do not track you across other websites.
3. Purposes and legal basis
- Answering your question and contacting you. Legal basis: your consent, which you give with the checkbox in the contact form.
- Delivering our services if you are a client. Legal basis: performance of our agreement.
- Keeping the website secure and working. Legal basis: our legitimate interest.
- Meeting legal obligations, such as tax record-keeping. Legal basis: legal obligation.
4. Who we share data with
We do not sell your data. We only use service providers needed to run the website. We host fonts and icons ourselves, so your IP address is not passed to third parties for them:
- Microsoft (Azure): hosting the website and storing contact form messages, in a European region.
5. Cookies
We only set one functional cookie that protects forms against misuse. This cookie is necessary, contains no personal data and is removed when you close your browser. We set no analytics, tracking or advertising cookies, so we do not ask for cookie consent.
6. How long we keep data
- Contact form messages and email: up to twelve months after our last contact, unless it leads to a client relationship.
- Client data: for as long as the agreement runs, and afterwards for as long as the law requires (seven years for financial records).
7. Security
Data is sent encrypted (HTTPS) and stored encrypted. Only employees who need the data for their work have access. You can read more on our page Security & privacy.
8. Your rights
You have the right to access, correct or delete your data. You can also object to processing, have processing restricted, have your data transferred and withdraw your consent at any time. Email your request to info@integratr.nl; we respond within one month.
If you are not satisfied with how we handle your data, you can file a complaint with the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
